Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may need adjustments from time to time. However, to ensure fairness and the efficient management of our services, we kindly request adherence to the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: - All Deposits Are Non - Refundable - Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled with less than a 24-hour notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s). - Appointments that result in a "no call/no-show" scenario will be subject to a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service(s). We value your understanding and cooperation in upholding this policy, which enables us to allocate our time and resources effectively, providing the best experience for all our clients.
