Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may need adjustments from time to time. However, to ensure fairness and the efficient management of our services, we kindly request adherence to the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: - Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled with less than a 24-hour notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service(s). - Appointments that result in a "no call/no-show" scenario will be subject to a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service(s).
