Efficient Shampooing Process - Step-by-step instruction on optimizing each stage of the shampooing process, from shampoo prep to final rinse. - Techniques to improve speed without compromising on quality, ensuring clients leave with a thoroughly cleansed and refreshed scalp. Client Comfort and Experience - Best practices for ensuring client comfort during the shampooing process, including head support, water temperature, and communication. - Tips for creating a relaxing and luxurious shampoo experience that encourages repeat clients and positive reviews. Troubleshooting Common Issues - How to handle common challenges such as tangled hair, excessive product buildup, or sensitive scalps. -Solutions for avoiding common mistakes that can lead to client discomfort or dissatisfaction. Interactive Demonstration and Hands-On Practice - Live demonstration of the techniques discussed, allowing participants to observe and ask questions in real-time. - Participants will have the opportunity to practice the techniques under supervision, with personalized feedback provided. Q&A Session - An open floor for questions and discussions to address specific concerns or scenarios encountered in your salon. - Participants can share experiences and learn from each other’s challenges and successes.

Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Rules - Deposits: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your workshop date. This deposit confirms your booking and must be paid at the time of scheduling. - Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due 7 days before the workshop date. Failure to pay the final balance on time may result in cancellation without refund. - Booking Timeframe: All workshops must be booked at least 4 weeks in advance to allow for proper planning and travel arrangements. - Travel Fees: For workshops requiring travel, all travel-related expenses (including flights, accommodations, and per diem) must be covered by the client and paid in full 10 days prior to the workshop. 2. Cancellation Policy Client-Initiated Cancellations: - Cancellations made 30 days or more before the workshop date will receive a refund of any fees paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit. - Cancellations made less than 30 days prior will not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled according to our rescheduling policy. Cancellation by Queen Roots LLC: In the rare event that we must cancel, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid, including the deposit and any travel costs. 3. Rescheduling Policy Client-Initiated Rescheduling: - Rescheduling requests made 15 days or more before the workshop date can be done without additional fees, and your deposit will be transferred to the new date. - Rescheduling requests made less than 15 days before the workshop will incur a rescheduling fee of $150. - New workshop dates must be agreed upon and scheduled within 90 days of the original date. If not, the deposit and any fees paid will be forfeited. Queen Roots LLC-Initiated Rescheduling: If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to find a new date at no extra cost. 4. Late Payments and No-Shows - Late Payments: If the final payment is not received 7 days before the workshop, the booking may be canceled, and the deposit will be retained. - No-Shows: If a client or their staff does not attend the workshop on the scheduled date without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be provided. 5. Additional Terms - Travel Arrangements: For workshops requiring travel, all arrangements must be finalized 10 days prior. Clients cover any additional costs from changes. - Client Location: The salon must be prepared with necessary facilities. Unprepared venues may incur extra charges. 6.Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 business days
